Most real life abduction stories are scary and often involve the U.S. military. I like to think about aliens being kind, silly, possessing a thirst for knowledge, a passion for existence, and a tendency to get grumpy when they can't get their alien superfoods on planet Earth. Julajuoi is an old lady who just returned from a long journey to Earth and back and in this portrait she is floating around in baths of colored light/sound and hallucinating. She's just chilling/tripping out. In the top corner are fairies heckling her and at the bottom is her pet trijuoi, a kind of bird that lives in a kind of crystal triangle house.
